It smells really good, haha, I just don’t think it stands out that much to me. It’s pleasant and easy to like, but not something I’d call super unique

I had to cancel an order right after placing it because I accidentally picked the wrong scent size. Support got back to me quickly and stopped it before it shipped, which was a relief and totally hassle-free. I also exchanged another item about a week later, and that was just as easy. They explained everything clearly, and I got the refund/update emails like they said I would. it was a nice experience overall, and I’d definitely order from them again.

My bank app showed the charge as pending before Byredo updated the order, so that made me a little nervous, especially since it wasn’t a cheap purchase. Everything turned out fine, and I’d still order again, but the checkout definitely could’ve felt smoother

I was actually surprised how quickly I found everything I needed. Like, I grabbed the main thing I came in for, then found a couple of extra items without wandering around forever, checked a few options, compared things, and still didn’t feel lost or annoyed. It was one of those rare shopping trips where everything was just where I expected it to be...

Byredo is definitely not cheap, and I did hesitate a bit before ordering. That said, I’ve been happy with it overall. The scent lasts a long time on me, so I don’t have to use much, which makes the bottle last longer than I expected. Ordering from byredo.com was straightforward, and the packaging felt really nice and premium. I still think the price is a little hard to justify, but at least it doesn’t feel like I threw my money away.

I really like the way this bottle looks . It’s simple , clean , and looks great sitting on my shelf . The cap feels nice too , which makes it feel a bit more premium . My only small issue is that the label seems to mark up easily if your hands are wet . Still really classy overall , and I’d probably give it 4 stars .

Had to return something from BYREDO and it was way easier than I expected lol. The return label showed up fast, the instructions were clear, and my refund came through without me having to follow up or chase anyone. Love when a return doesn’t turn into a whole ordeal tbh

I did get through checkout in the end, but the pages were loading slowly for me. I also had to re-enter my address twice, which got a little frustrating. It worked eventually, but the whole process felt more clunky than I expected.

It took a little while, maybe longer than I expected, but in the end they got it fixed and everything seems to be working fine now
